Peace of mind is not “nothing ever happens.” It is knowing who meets you, which door you use, where to buy water at 2 a.m., and that cameras watch the corridors — not your bedroom.

What to understand before you book

Check-in 15:00. Check-out 11:00. Earlier or later: message the host. We check the calendar. We do not promise in advance.

There is no fixed front desk. This is a serviced apartment, not a hotel lobby that never sleeps. Tell us your arrival time, guest count, and passport/ID first. Wait in the ground-floor lobby or the 7-Eleven at the base of the tower. Do not wait at the gate in silence.

Lifts need a key card. You receive it at check-in and return it at check-out. The card opens your floor only.

Each apartment has a kitchen, in-room washer, and its own Wi-Fi. Cook. Wash. Work. Not a hotel room on a noisy street.

Pool on floor 7. About 10:00–16:00. Register with the host at least 2 hours ahead. Do not go down unannounced.

Nightly rates move with dates. See stay by the night and send check-in / check-out.

Security: cameras in common areas, not in your home

RiverGate has CCTV in public areas — lobby, corridors, lifts. No cameras inside the apartment. Building security; visitors register under residence rules.

Coming back late: key card, lit lobby, host on WhatsApp. You do not guess doors. You do not open for strangers.

House notes: no smoking in common areas, keep noise down, no pets, no heavy cooking smells in the corridor. We remind gently. We do not invent fines.

7-Eleven, 24 hours, downstairs

At the foot of RiverGate there is a 7-Eleven open 24/24. Water, noodles, milk, a charger at 2 a.m. — no walk into the street. GS25 and a pharmacy sit nearby.

If you arrive before 15:00: sit at 7-Eleven or in the lobby and message us. That is the meeting point. Not “somewhere outside.”

The host runs the stay. You keep the itinerary

MKA Summerset is not a hotel chain. One host — Mai — answers in Vietnamese, English, Chinese, and Korean. Book on Airbnb, Agoda, Booking, Expedia, Traveloka, or direct on the website. Same home, same address, same number.

You send: dates, guests, flight time if you want airport pickup. The host prepares: the apartment, lift card, Wi-Fi, the pool if you registered, and a real person when something breaks.

We do not confirm what we have not checked. Late check-out, extra guests, discounts — message first. That is how the next guest also finds a quiet home.
