A weekend of rounds. Arrive Friday, leave Sunday. Two or three bedrooms. Send dates and headcount first. Units are limited.
A project, and one round in between. Two weeks to two months. Weekdays in District 1. A driver only when you have a tee time. If you need an invoice, send the company name with the dates. We do not quote a number before we see the calendar.
A couple or a small group. A living room and a kitchen. Breakfast in the apartment, not in a hotel hall.

The course is by car. Traffic decides the clock.
We do not run a golf club. Send the tee time; we arrange a trusted driver at a fixed price. Same idea as airport pickup. We do not hold tee slots.

After the round, what the apartment does
In-unit washer. Kitchen. Private Wi-Fi. You do not wait on a hotel laundry bag.
The floor-7 outdoor pool: we register you with building management. Tell us about two hours ahead. Host support 10:00–16:00. A morning round may still fit. An afternoon tee means home and laundry first. There is no gym.
Check-in 15:00, check-out 11:00. Early or late only after we check the calendar. No fixed front desk. Send your arrival about 30 minutes before you reach the lobby — or wait at the 24-hour 7-Eleven at the foot of the tower.
Quiet after 22:00. No smoking inside. No pets (building rule). Wi-Fi and door instructions go out after the booking is confirmed. Not on this page.
Two weeks to two months, same house
Golf is not the only stay. Audit, launch, client visits. Weekly and monthly, host-direct. Foreign guests who need temporary residence registration: send passport details first. We do not give verbal clearance.

Can I walk to a golf course?
No. You go by car. See the times above. We arrange the driver after you send the tee time.
Do you book the tee for us?
We do not hold course bookings. You take the slot; we time the car to it.
Can four of us take a 3-bedroom?
Three-bedrooms are few. Send dates and headcount first. If that type is gone we offer a 2-bedroom or two units. We do not promise ahead of the calendar.
